HR Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Advisor to join our People team at Agility Resourcing. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the HR manager and up to 1000 staff, providing a flexible HR service that meets the needs of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and coaching to staff on employment-related matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, absence, and sickness management.
- Build strong working relationships with managers and colleagues to ensure a seamless employee experience from resourcing and employment checks to exit interviews and policy updates.
- Analyse workforce data to provide insights and support better decision-making, ensuring compliance with external standards and GDPR practice.
- Continuously seek innovative solutions to enable employees to access support and information, helping them perform at their best.
- Maintain and manage people data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- A CIPD Level 3 qualification or relevant experience, with a proven track record in HR advisory and casework in a large company.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships with people at all levels.
- Experience with data analysis and manipulation, identifying trends in employee behavior.
- A competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum.
