The FMCG Key Accounts team manages businesses within Food & Beverages, Health & Wellness, Home Care & Cleaning, Pets and Flowers.
The team is responsible for identifying, onboarding and growing new merchants as well as creating long term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop. The team manages over 60 merchants and thousands of products which customers are able to buy on TikTok Shop. Merchants sell by posting their own content, or by working with creators to post content on their behalf.
The FMCG team is set to grow throughout 2024 in order to continue to deliver sales for our merchants and ensure customers continue to have access to market leading brands in the UK.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Account Merchants across FMCG vertical
- Manage a team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers
- Extensive experience of working with FMCG brands or retailers and with team management
- Build the strategy for Key Account onboarding, incubation and growth
Bachelor's degree ideally in a finance, business or marketing related topic or similar from a reputable University.
- Very Strong understanding of the FMCG industry landscape and able to identify industry growth opportunities.
- Strong data analytics skills
- Strong relationships with senior decision makers at FMCG businesses
