We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users and brands. Part of the Global E-commerce team, we are looking for business talents to drive the growth for TikTok Shop’s newest e-commerce feature - TikTok Shop Shopping Center. TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sale), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase and LIVEs) as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.---Responsibilities1. Based on the characteristics of centralized e-Commerce, coordinating resources, doing a good job in the acceptance and implementation of platform promotions and shopping campaigns, and exploring differentiated marketing methods in shop tab;2. Better to have shopping campaigns preparation related experience. Be able to end-to-end plan and execute e-commerce campaigns including know how to plan campaign themes, key value points, resources, teasing marketing etc. Better to have a good understanding of categories and assortment, be able to make a good assortment plan for campaign.3. Sensitive to data, good at analyzing and summarizing, constantly promoting business iteration through data analysis and market feedback.

Minimum Qualifications1. Good communication skills and organizational coordination skills, meticulous and patient work attitude, able to coordinate resources from all parties to achieve goals, full of passion and creativity;2. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork awareness, data awareness and effect measurement awareness, strong learning ability, and good self-drive. Preferred Qualifications:1. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, or a related field or above, 5 years of e-Commerce work experience, more than 1 year of event operation experience, familiar with mainstream product event operation strategies
