We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users and brands. Part of the Global E-commerce team, we are looking for business talents to drive the growth for TikTok Shop’s newest e-commerce feature - TikTok Shop Shopping Center. TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sale), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase and LIVEs) as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.---Responsibilities:- Responsible for the experience and ecosystem operation of the TT shopping center, creating a reliable ecosystem, enhancing consumer trust, and completing ecosystem goals;- Establish a digital shelf marketplace, product stratification and seller stratification, pay attention to negative customer experiences and resolving them, and provide safe products for customers;- Responsible for the construction of ecosystem strategy systems, quickly locate key issues, define features, formulating corresponding strategies and effect evaluation with various teams;- Pay attention to industry trends, timely extract effective information through user research and competitive research, optimize and improve ecosystem strategy, and achieve sustainable operations.

Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor degree or above, have relevant work experience in e-commerce and building ecosystems;- Strong independent thinking and data analysis skills, good at discovering and solving problems, and able to think independently;- Have a strong business understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem industry and be able to output high-quality strategies based on business development;- Excellent logical judgment and communication skills, good at cross-functional collaboration; good work attitude, able to actively face difficulties and challenges at work.- Language: English fluency Preferred Qualifications:- Ecology understanding- Experience with product/seller classification- Experience enhancing customer experience- Conflict balance- Data analysis- Fluency in other languages is a plus to ease communication with cross-functional stakeholders
