Inhabit Queens Gardens is our brand-new hotel in Bayswater, joining Inhabit Southwick Street in Paddington. Position Overview We are looking for a friendly & welcoming candidate to join our fantastic team as Cluster Maintenance Manager at Inhabit Queens Gardens and Inhabit Southwick Street . Youll need to love working with people and be passionate about preserving our planet for future generations. Key Responsibilities The Cluster Maintenance Manager (CMM) ensures the smooth daily operation of building equipment and services to maintain the guest experience of multiple site buildings. The CMMensures adherence to and compliance with all statutory and health and safety requirements, company policy, and maintenance standards while achieving cost targets. The CMM leads and manages the maintenance teams as well as external contractors to enable safe, efficient and effective operation of all building systems and to maintain high standards of upkeep across buildings in the west end Hotels. The CMM provides direction and expertise to the Facilities Contracts Manager. The CMMuses engineering knowledge, skills and expertise and diverse sources of information to monitor and deliver efficient, cost-effective property upkeep to exemplary standards. As a CMM, you will be managing all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the existing structure and fabric of the multi sites(buildings), grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. You will be accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements. You will lead the emergency response team for all facility issues. You will also maintain the mechanical and electrical services, architectural content and decorative finishes to the existing high standards for the designated cluster of hotels within Montcalm Collection.
