Atlas Professionals are recruiting for an experienced Crew Manager to join one of our oil and gas clients in Westhill, Aberdeen.
This role is full time, office based.
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for offshore crewing activities on the fleet allocated. Directly liaise with Client on all crewing activities. Directly responsible for the supervision of an assigned team, ensuring that the company’s vessels are manned with competent, qualified, and suitably experienced personnel.
Job requirements
Essential
• University Degree level of Education, preferably in HR or General Business
• Demonstrate experience of managing and leading diverse Crewing Personnel
• Highly Organised.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Analytical thinker • Influencing / negotiation.
• Relationship building/People Person.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Experience
Desirable
• Previous experience working within seagoing HR team for a ship management company.
• Shipping HR related legislation; STCW, MLC
