Statutory Compliance and Safety Manager (Assets) £650 Day Rate Wirral (Hybrid Working) We are seeking a Statutory Compliance and Safety Manager to lead and manage the compliance agenda for our assets. If you are a hands-on professional with a passion for health & safety and statutory compliance, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact. Key Responsibilities: Act as the lead representative for statutory compliance across gas, legionella, asbestos, electrical, and mechanical services. Ensure the organisation meets health & safety legislation, standards, and best practices across all asset-related functions. Support colleagues to develop a culture of safe working practices and compliance. Provide expert advice to senior management on legislation updates and their implications. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with policies and legislation. Lead health & safety training, audits, and guidance for the organisation. Collaborate to develop and monitor annual revenue and capital budgets for assets. Manage the Assets Compliance Team, ensuring workload performance and safety standards are met.
