Ihr Aufgabengebiet
  • Proaktives Business Development: Neukundengewinnung und Entwicklung einer erfolgreichen Sales Strategie
  • Marktdurchdringung: Klassische Recherchen und Analysen, um individuelle Anforderungen zu erkennen, zu verstehen und treffsichere Lösungen zu generieren
  • Vetriebsagenden: Netzwerkauf- und ausbau, Generieren von Allianzen und Partnerschaften am Markt, Teilnahme an Messen etc.
  • Teamzusammenarbeit: Enge Abstimmung mit internationalen Niederlassungen und Teamkollegen
  • Weiterentwicklung: Kontinuierlicher Wissensaufbau in Bezug auf Trends und Tendenzen am Markt
Unsere Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsumfeld (Sales, Business Development etc.)
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch sowie internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 30 %)
  • Lösungsorientierte, engagierte und proaktive Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgezeichnete Selbstorganisation und Kommunikationsstärke
