We're looking for a suitable candidate who is fluent in German (mandatory)***
Our Sales Development Representatives (“SDRs”) are essential to Tabnine’s growth. As the first point of contact for prospects interested in Tabnine, SDR’s work to ensure a great first impression and experience throughout the sales cycle. As a specialist in your craft and with a focus on developing new business your feedback helps shape Tabnine’s go-to-market strategy.
At Tabnine, SDR’s are mentored, supported and developed to become the next cohort of Inside Sales reps, leaders and professionals. Our mission is to help development teams of every size speed up and simplify the software development process with AI, while maintaining standards of privacy and security. Tabnine has pioneered generative AI to elevate the coding experience for over a million developers worldwide across thousands of companies. We boost engineering velocity, code quality, and developer happiness by automating the coding workflow through AI tools customized to their teams. Unlike generic coding assistants, Tabnine is the AI that you control.

Generate new business pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting, research target accounts, identify key players and build targeted messaging
You will gain exposure to the Enterprise sales process and work cross-functionally with many segments of our team including Senior Management, Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales, Engineering, Services & Support, etc.
Conduct discovery and qualification calls with C-Level and senior leaders at large enterprises to create meetings and opportunities for Account Executives
Be a prospecting subject matter expert - share learnings and best practices of the outbound process with the organization to support the success of the team

Must be a fluent German speaker***
~ Must be fearless on the phone and persistent in initial reach out & follow-up with accounts over time
~ Humility is expected…so check your ego and office politics at the door.
~ Experience working with Cloud (AWS, GCP, or others) - a big plus.
~ Previous experience with outbound sales in Enterprise accounts is required
