Proactively identify and research potential SME clients using various prospecting tools and techniques including phone, email, and social media
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and website leads
Clearly articulate the value proposition of our subscription-based legal services to prospects
Address initial questions and concerns, positioning our service as a solution to their legal challenges

CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM system
Utilise CRM data to inform outreach strategies and improve conversion rates

Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients
Close sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Provide regular activity and performance reports to sales leadership
Continuously analyse personal performance metrics to improve effectiveness
 
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) who demonstrates the following attributes:

An individual who is excited by the prospect of introducing a disruptive solution to the legal services market and is comfortable in explaining innovative concepts and their benefits to traditional SME businesses
A deep understanding of the SME landscape in the UK, demonstrating experience of selling to or working with SME organizations, with an empathy for business owners and their commercial and legal pain points
A customer-centric approach, building trust through honest, consultative interactions and prioritising the needs of potential clients
A self-starter, with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively and achieve sales targets with minimal supervision
 
The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of enthusiasm, practical sales skills, and passion for change. They will be excited by the challenge of connecting UK SMEs with a fresh legal services solution that addresses their needs in a new and effective way. This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of changing how businesses access legal support, making a lasting impact on the SME sector and the broader business community.

Minimum of 1-3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of selling directly to SME organisations.
Experience in the legal services industry, business insurance or SaaS sector is highly desirable, but not essential
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, law or a related field is preferred, but not essential
Professional qualifications in business development, sales, or marketing are advantageous

Competitive base salary plus commission with an OTE of £75k.
