About the Role

Quantifi is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Qualify New Business Opportunities: Work with prospects to understand their objectives and needs, and position Quantifi's products and services where opportunities exist.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Perform sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase how identified needs can be addressed by Quantifi's solutions.
  • Manage the Sales Process: Take full ownership of the sales process from qualification to close, achieving and exceeding sales objectives and quotas.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and new clients, using a consultative and process-driven approach to expand and grow business relationships.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing department to create case studies, thought leadership pieces, webinars, and other content that generates inbound activity.
  • Support Inside Sales Team: Assist the inside sales team in generating leads and working effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject such as finance, economics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physics.
  • Experience: At least two years of work experience, preferably in a financial institution such as an investment bank, asset manager, fund, or insurance company.
  • Skills: Excellent presentation, business writing, and oral communication skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.
  • Interest and Ability: Interest in software and financial markets, with the ability to learn quickly and understand complex issues.
