Contract Scotland currently has a great opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to join a reputable housing developer based in Newbridge, Edinburgh.

This is a fixed-term contract for 10 months. However, our client will consider those looking to work on a temporary, weekly pay, basis.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday and should be willing to attend the office full-time until after your probationary period when a hybrid model will be assessed.

Within the housing industry, Customer Care is instrumental to the organisation's success, and this well-respected organisation understands the importance of getting it right.

Duties:

  • Taking ownership
  • Manage customer queries and set expectations on timescales
  • Liaising with customers and contractors ensuring works are carried out according to process
  • Handle escalations as and where required
  • Strive to ensure all industry standards are met (NHBC Regulations)

What do you need to apply?

  • Ideally, you will come with a basic understanding of construction/housing processes
  • Coins package experience would be advantageous
  • Successful candidates will be strong-willed
  • You must be able to drive things forward, make decisions on the spot and adequately assess the needs of the Customer
