In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership in both product management and program delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in delivery management, coupled with exceptional product and consulting and leadership skills.
Delivery Management:
Ability to independently lead project and client teamsProficient in status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
Define and run a regular cadence of delivery ceremonies to provide visibility, gather feedback, drive progression and continuously improve (e.g. stand-ups, regular refinements, retros etc.)
Proficient in leading both Agile and fixed-scope/budget projects
Coach the team and/or client to help them understand and align on ways of working
Own the collaboration model for process ownership and pragmatic delivery approaches.
Tracking budgets and ensuring accurate revenue forecasting, working with client service teams on any mitigation of commercial risk.
Tracking delivery data for your project to improve flow/throughput, share progress updates, forecast and identify team challenges.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the product life cycle through leading client projects.Conduct ROI analysis to guide decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
Lead feature prioritization and definition to ensure maximum value deliveryWell-versed in backlog management, utilizing strong estimation and prioritization frameworksUtilize story mapping techniques to enhance product understanding and delivery.
Client Relationship Management & Growth Mindset:
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders, ensuring a proactive and strategic approach.
Executive presence and ability to facilitate client meetings with senior leaders.
Identify and pursue new opportunities within client accounts that contribute to business growth.
Proven experience in product management and program delivery leadership.
~ In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
~ In-depth knowledge of best practices for managing projects with fixed scope/budget
~ 8+ years of experience in product/program management
