Job Title: Facilities Administrator

  • Location: Manchester
  • Salary: Up to £27,000
  • Holidays: 25 + 8 Bank Holidays
The company: - You will be working for one of the largest Facilities Management Companies in the World. They are a well-known global company who specialise in the Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Government, Healthcare and Educational sectors. They offer total facilities management (this means looking after buildings) This could be anything from the electrics being out, heating not working, repairing a leak literally anything that needs repairing or replacing they offer the full package We are their number one supplier for candidates having placed over 200 candidates last year alone They are looking to recruit a Facilities Administrator based within the Manchester area, 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious with the drive to progress within the company Role Overview of Facilities Administrator:
  • Manage Helpdesk System using in house systems, including reporting
  • Maintain PPM records using in house systems, including reporting.
  • Provide accurate updated information to clients.
  • Review Subcontractor performance and feedback through appropriate systems
  • Actively identify/implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations.
  • Attend and actively participate in monthly Contract Review meetings.
  • Plan and arrange call outs, delivery of materials, Extra Works within contracted SLAs.
  • Create monthly Customer Report with Contract Manager
  • Create/raise Extra Works jobs.
  • Create accurate POs in a timely manner.
  • Regularly review and process supplier invoices.
  • Raise sales invoices (complete billing) in line with company deadlines at the correct margin
Experience / Qualifications of Facilities Administrator: -
  • Experience in Excel is Essential
  • Customer service experience
  • Use of MS Office
  • Excel
