Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Concierge to join our team on either on a contract or full-time basis. Based in London, you will be responsible for providing personalised concierge services to our clients, including scheduling appointments, coordinating medical treatments, arranging medications, and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care at all times. You are not required to have medical qualifications as you will not be responsible for diagnosing our members, although experience working in a medical setting or working in the luxury industry in elite customer servicing would be an advantage.

Key responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Manage administrative tasks and handle incoming phone calls and emails during working hours. 
  • Manage dedicated members, offering reassurance and peace of mind. 
  • Work closely with the GP team to ensure bookings and appointments are managed accordingly.
  • To input data correctly and securely into our Practice Management CRM, Semble

Qualifications

  • Experience in concierge services or a related customer service field, ideally within the luxury sector for HNWI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, overnight and weekends as needed
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Previous experience working within healthcare or in a clinical environment would be an advantage
