Job Description

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for developing and managing relationships with new and existing customers, as well as driving revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SaaS industry and be able to effectively communicate the benefits of the company's products and services to potential customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other channels.
  • Qualify inbound leads together with the Business Development function and convert them into opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to close.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
  • Develop, maintain and grow long-term relationships with multiple senior stakeholders within customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and quantify business impact and communicate them clearly internally.
  • Provide input on product development and delivery of business impact based on customer feedback.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to close large SaaS deals and expand revenue growth in existing accounts.
  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency in a sales methodology like MEDDIC or Command of the Message
  • A positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
  • Language skills in Dutch and or France are a bonus
