The Account Director will sit within the Digital and Data department within CSM Middle East, based in either Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
Our key focus as a department is to combine digital and data with the passion of sport and entertainment to deliver performance marketing solutions that enhance the fan experience. We are a team of passionate, creative, and innovative experts from all around the globe who are revolutionising the digital sponsorship industry.
The successful Account Director candidate will lead two of our key, retained clients in the Middle East and manage the day to day delivery by the account team, as well as owning the key relationship with clients and building strong, long lasting relationships across the board.

As a growing business, the Account Director will need to have a passion for growing and developing teams that are built around trust and open communication - driving people to be their best and caring about individuals’ learning and development goals to ensure we have a team that represents the best in our industry.
This role will report into the Head of Client Service.
Management of key relationships with clients, rights holders and our partners
Demonstrate clear commercial acumen across costings, understanding of margins and impacts on cost of sale to the business overall EBITDA
Pursue opportunities to grow business – especially on the key owned retainer clients
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Driving new business/pitch response opportunities in terms of strategy and content, through to building out scope of work and costings documents
Track time and financial expenses on a day-to-day basis
5-6 years of digital marketing experience – agency experience strongly preferred
~ A strong understanding of current digital marketing landscape and trends
~ Clear, confident communicator with exceptional project management skills
~ Ability to keep calm in a fast-paced environment with tight project deadlines
~ Proficient in MS Excel - ability to structure and develop quantitative excel models and analysis to generate data-driven results and recommendations
~ Proficient in MS PowerPoint - ability to create high quality presentations that tell a story around data and not just the stats and figures on a page
~ Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Google Analytics
~ Experience working with CRM platforms
