What you need to succeed
  • Solid experience as an Executive Assistant in a high-tech environment.
  • Energetic, positive, and motivated attitude with exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment.
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with Concur or similar expense-reporting software.
  • Familiarity with international travel arrangements, passport and visa management, and business travel software.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and personalities.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and follow through on tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage complex assignments.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
