Reporting to the Financial Partnerships Manager, the Partnership Manager, Finance will primarily focus on managing the relationship with, and information that flows from/to key licensors and licensees from a licensing perspective. This will involve liaising with the CPLG Partnerships team and other CPLG commercial staff on a regular basis. The Partnership Manager, Finance will deliver an excellent level of business support to both external and internal stakeholders to meet contractual reporting requirements and facilitate commercial decision making.
Act as the key CPLG Finance representative in liaison with both licensors and licensees.
Ensure that licensee royalty forecasts are obtained, consolidated, reviewed, analysed and distributed according to licensors revenue recognition policies.
Reconciliation of data held between CPLG’s royalty system and licensor’s royalty system.
Provide a proactive and comprehensive level of support to the CPLG Partnerships team, answering queries and providing financial data, including ensuring that effective monitoring is in place vs licensor contractual targets.
Uploading financial information directly into clients/licensors reporting platforms
Previous experience working within a related finance role
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
