Partnerships Manager

Working for a high-growth, well-funded fintech startup, the Partnerships Manager will accelerate their growth in business banking and forge strategic partnerships that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.


The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new opportunities for high value partnerships where their products can be offered to other partner’s audiences
  • Driving strategic initiatives that promote the company’s value proposition to target customer segments
  • Clearly articulating their value proposition to key decision-makers within the target customer segments and specialised sectors
  • Networking and attending relevant events to identify and engage prospective partners
  • Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, markets, and sectors, developing actionable plans to drive growth
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and optimise their product offering
  • Guiding prospects and customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional service delivery
  • Adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies to maintain operational excellence and compliance


The Partnerships Manager will have:

  • Strong partnerships, business development and growth experience
  • Ideally worked in fintech, financial services or business banking
  • Solid understanding of startup and SME markets
  • Startup / scale-up experience would be beneficial
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical and data driven mindset
