About the Role

We are looking for a Partnerships Frameworks Specialist with 7-10 years’ experience to support the Head of Partnerships to help us shape and grow partnership programs with technology providers around the world and drive our global strategy.

As a senior partnerships programme manager, you will be working with SWIFT’s industry-leading Product teams, as well as Operations, Finance, Risk, Business Development and Legal Teams in help launch and operate new partnership models that will create and evolve an ecosystem at the heart of the global financial industry.

About the Partner Management team:
SWIFT's Partner Management team supports the growth and innovation of SWIFT's services by enabling new business opportunities through partnerships. As part of the Product Group, we support successful negotiation and implementation of business partnerships by developing the contractual and operational frameworks for building strategic partnerships, platform partnerships and delivery partnerships.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Partnerships Frameworks Specialist with 7-10 years’ experience to support the Head of Partnerships to help us shape and grow partnership programs with technology providers around the world and drive our global strategy.

As a Partnerships Frameworks Specialist, you will be working with SWIFT’s industry-leading Product teams, as well as Operations, Finance, Risk, Business Development and Legal Teams in help launch and operate new partnership models that will create and evolve an ecosystem at the heart of the global financial industry.

You will be responsible for creating the legal, commercial, risk and marketing frameworks for partner programmes. You will translate customer & partner requirements into frameworks for Partnerships Programmes that can be scaled. You will also drive execution with varied stakeholders regarding Partner Integration requirements and Partnership programme enhancements, as well as performing analysis on the health of the partnerships, to inform SWIFT Product Owners on the direction of the various partner programmes. You will help drive enhancements to the partners experience processes by analysing and providing input into the partners onboarding, contracts, risk assessments, accreditations, support etc. You will oversee and manage projects with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure their successful delivery.

Proactive support as a consultant more, strategic and come up with recommendations and grow business

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate and communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders in Product, Customer Experience, Risk, Legal, Finance and Business Development to facilitate partner enablement
- Develop, implement and foster adoption of best practices in partnership processes.
- Support the development of partnership frameworks (value Proposition, legal/commercial, risk assessments, operational assessments, pricing, programme incentives, performance monitoring, etc.)
- Identify Requirements for optimal Partner integration and engagement, and drive execution of programme enhancements to meet such requirements e.g., in the area of partner API integration options, end user experience, API service evolution, etc.
- Project Manage backlog of programme enhancements, and prioritization of dependencies
- Collaborate with Partner Relationship Managers in knowledge transfer and awareness efforts about the programs
- Contribute to the Partnerships Programme strategy, life cycle, and governance
- Communicate both low-level technical and high-level strategic issues to Partners, management, internal teams and the wider API community via presentations, whitepapers, analyses and workshops.
- Leverage analytics and market research to measure success, present opportunities, and support decision-making.

**Education**:
University degree

**Experience**:

- 7-10 years Partnership Management experience; with prior experience in defining partnership frameworks
- Strong internal collaboration skills, natural networker, able to negotiate and compromise to solve complex issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and multitask with excellent organizational skills
- Must have good problem solving skills, and a solutions-oriented focus
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced, rapidly-changing environment
- Have a strong understanding of the latest market and technology trends in the financial industry
- Track-record of going beyond concepts, defining viable strategies and getting things done with a lean, pragmatic approach for a fast and predictable project execution
