Learning & Development Manager – Driving Growth and Innovation
Location: Hybrid - London office (minimum 2 days per week)
Salary: Up to £75,000 + comprehensive benefits package

In line with significant growth, they are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to establish and lead their global L&D function. This newly created role will focus on building impactful development initiatives that support career progression, management capability, and organisational transformation.
Reporting directly to the CHRO with a dotted line to the Head of Talent, this is an exceptional opportunity for an L&D professional to shape the future of people development in a rapidly evolving business.
Strategic Leadership: Design and implement a global learning strategy, creating innovative L&D programmes that reflect business needs and align with organisational goals.
Develop and deliver a suite of management training programmes, including performance management, communication skills, recruitment, and leadership development.
Partner with HR and business leaders to identify skills gaps, design learning interventions, and measure ROI to support continuous development and organisational success.
Facilitation and Coaching: Lead workshops, facilitate learning sessions, and create tools such as manager guides and development frameworks. Talent Management Support: Contribute to onboarding enhancements, succession planning, and talent development initiatives in collaboration with HR colleagues.
Evaluate learning effectiveness through data-driven metrics, ensuring programmes evolve with organisational needs and deliver measurable results.
This role is ideal for an engaging, hands-on L&D professional who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and embraces collaboration. Proven experience in a similar L&D leadership role, ideally in organisations of 500-1,000 employees.
Expertise in designing , delivering , and evaluating high-quality learning programmes with measurable business impact.
Demonstrated ability to build and optimise LMS platforms , with proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track ROI.
Strong facilitation , coaching , and storytelling skills to inspire learning and drive engagement.
24 days annual leave, increasing to 29 days with tenure.
