Main duties of the job

You will ideally have experience of working at a management level within a service and be able to demonstrate a range of skills that could include experience of budget management, staff management, managing competing workloads and experience of advising others. The United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) is one of the largest trusts in the country.
