About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Lead to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to our team, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to our team, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care and treatment.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our patients.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these.
  • Provide skilled clinical supervision to junior staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that our services are delivered in a safe and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement new services and initiatives that meet the needs of our patients.

Requirements

  • Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g. NMC, HCPC).
  • Experience of working in a mental health setting, with a strong understanding of mental health legislation and policy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
