Your main objectives as a Business Developer
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration in North Europe through the effective management and development of indirect sales. As a Business Developer, you will:

Identify, recruit, and manage new partners (SaaS reseller and integrator) to expand our sales network.
Train and support partners to ensure they understand and can effectively sell our software solutions.
Establish and maintain strong and lasting relationships with partners by monitoring and analyzing their performance and proposing action plans to improve results.
to provide partners with the necessary resources and support to ensure they understand and can effectively sell our software solutions.

Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in German and proficiency in English (written and spoken).
