We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join STI Ltd as Customer Services Manager , based at our manufacturing site in Hook. This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.
This will be in our Customer Account Management department where people pride themselves in giving the best customer service to our clients.
As a Customer Services Manager , you will manage Customer Account Management team at Hook, ensuing customer satisfaction via effective communication, while maintaining customer accounts through the full customer life cycle.
The Customer Services Managerrole will involve:
Management of the Customer Account team
Developing growth within designated accounts.
Responsibility for maintaining the forecast of designated accounts and monitoring risks to output.
Assisting external sales in setting sales forecasts and striving to meet financial targets.
Participating in the identification of business improvement opportunities and their subsequent implementation.
Supporting quoting, aged debt and inventory management.
Providing regular reports and presenting Key account information to senior management.
Point of contact for designated accounts to deliver customer service excellence. Extensive experience in a customer service environment within electronics manufacturing
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
UK travel will be required and occasional international travel may be required. Project management skills
Excellent time management skills

This role is Hybrid , with 4 days in the office at our Hook site and travelling to visit clients when needed.
