Overview:

Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the client services team to deliver unparalleled service to private clients.
  • Develop and implement client service strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Foster a client-centric culture within the team, promoting excellence in service delivery

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and needs.
  • Handle complex client queries and complaints efficiently and effectively

Service Delivery and Improvement:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the client services team, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Continuously review and improve client service processes and systems to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Implement best practices in client service and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Strategic Development:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan, focusing on client services.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the client services function.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., investment management, compliance) to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Set performance targets for the client services team and monitor progress against these targets.

Market Awareness:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in client services within the wealth management or private banking sector.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading a high-performing client services team.
  • In-depth understanding of the financial markets and investment products.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
