Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and needs.
- Handle complex client queries and complaints efficiently and effectively
Service Delivery and Improvement:
- Oversee the daily operations of the client services team, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
- Continuously review and improve client service processes and systems to enhance client satisfaction.
- Implement best practices in client service and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Strategic Development:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan, focusing on client services.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the client services function.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., investment management, compliance) to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Set performance targets for the client services team and monitor progress against these targets.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client service metrics, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
- Use client feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Market Awareness:
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in wealth management.
- Ensure the client services team is aware of and responsive to changes in the market that may impact clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in client services within the wealth management or private banking sector.
- Proven track record of managing and leading a high-performing client services team.
- In-depth understanding of the financial markets and investment products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
