I am recruiting a CQC Registered Manager on behalf of a lovely care home in Lowestoft. The home require a CQC Registered Manager who is hands on and able to turn the home round and improve their CQC rating.
Roles and responsibilities of a CQC Registered Manager:
• As a CQC Registered Manager you will oversee the improvement and compliance of the care home.
• Ensure that the home meets the standards which have been set by the CQC
• Analyse the CQC report and identify the non-compliant issues that need to be addressed
• Risk assessments
• To succeed in this role as a CQC Registered Manager you will:
• Have strong knowledge of the CQC requirements
• Essential skills, experience and qualifications of a CQC Registered Manager
