Business Development Manager

Pertemps are currently recruiting a Business Development Manager on a full-time permanent basis on behalf of our client based in Shifnal, Shropshire.

The successful candidate will be experienced in Business Development, lead generation and selling on a B2B basis, preferably within the events sector.

Cold calling a variety of businesses.
• Developing business in the field.
• Able to identify & target specific business sectors/geographical areas.
• Networking - Build relationships with potential customers.
• Identify requirements for service contract through questioning techniques.
• Produce professional service contract quotations and submit.
• Set up customer accounts.

Experience in a Business Development role within the events sector.
• 3-5+ years’ experience in Business Development.
• Proficient using CRM systems.
• Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am - 17:30pm | Fully office based.
