Fleet managers and marketing teams rely on us to ensure every print detail and installation, whether it be 1 vehicle or 200, is best in class.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, Fleet, the Install Team Lead, Fleet plays a critical role in installing vinyl graphics for a single vehicle or multiple vehicles in large fleets. This position leads a team of two ensuring installations are performed in an efficient manner with precise accuracy while maintaining Advertising Vehicles’ highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Adherence to Advertising Vehicles’ installation process as well as company procedures, quality and productivity standards.
Prepare surfaces for vinyl graphic installation.
Installation of vinyl graphic wraps on various vehicle types (single or multiple units in a fleet).
Responsible for completing and signing off on quality checklist before vehicle is returned to customer.
Proper use of tools and heating techniques for quality installations.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks and fostering company culture with a continuous improvement mindset.
Assist Installation Supervisor in training and mentoring new hires and existing employees to foster continuous improvement and career growth.
Assist Installation Supervisor with day-to- day responsibilities as needed.
3+ Years Fleet installation experience required.
~Microsoft Outlook and Teams knowledge.
~ Knowledge of best practices and safe working environment during installations.
~ Commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
~ Travel as needed based on business needs.
~ Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding to perform installations on large vehicles.
Good vision for inspecting and ensuring precise installations.
Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and insurability to drive company vehicles.
