What Will You Be Doing? This is a maternity cover position until March 26, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance. As an IPS Employment Specialist at Twining-Hestia, you will support individuals with severe mental health issues in finding and sustaining paid employment using the internationally recognized Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. Based in Hounslow, you will manage a caseload of 20-25 clients, engaging them in developing and implementing tailored employment plans to meet their goals. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting career guidance and job searches Preparing CVs and coaching for interviews Collaborating with clinical staff and community partners, including Job Centres and local employers Providing ongoing support to help clients remain in or return to work Engaging with employers and meeting monthly targets Maintaining accurate records This role is primarily based on-site and in the community (65% of your working week), with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
