In this Customer Success Specialist role, you will be joining a rapidly growing SaaS business which is addressing the recruitment and retention challenges in social care with a novel app that encourages care workers to refer their friends to join them.

The app has caught the imagination of the Adult Social Care sector since its launch in June 2020. Over 45,000 care workers have signed up via their employers since we launched, sharing jobs with friends almost 1 million times. The app is operating in the UK, Ireland, and Australia. We are a small, friendly work-from-home company with a strong social purpose and global ambitions.

**Job description - Customer Success Specialist**
In this Customer Success Executive role, you'll be expected to help maintain and foster the relationships between the company and its customers to ensure strong and productive growth. That will be achieved through working with customers directly to achieve their employee referral goals, demonstrate value and ensure successful licence renewal.

**Key responsibilities - Customer Success Specialist**
The objectives of this role are:

- Demonstrating long-term value via multiple communication channels to ensure licence renewal
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Preparing reports and updating stakeholders on progress against goals
- Identifying areas that are inhibiting success and sharing ideas/features/resources to overcome them
- Looking for opportunities to grow the customer partnership
- Gathering valuable client feedback to share with the development team and prospective clients

- Able to build a professional rapport with excellent communication skills
- Proactive and Responsive
- Confident to present to any number of stakeholders across all areas of an organisation from care worker to CEO
- Business and customer retention orientated
- A team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
- IT literate across a range of business software tools
- Mission-driven, so valuing making a social impact
