Technojobs/Free-Work are seeking a sales superstar to join our growing team

The role

This is a pivotal role in driving the growth of our innovative IT recruitment tool, by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.

Our disruptive, data-driven model has proven successful in Europe and is poised for expansion into the dynamic HR/Recruitment market in the UK.

You will be responsible for selling the Free-Work group services to our various ideal customer profiles, which include IT service companies, IT recruitment agencies, corporates and their relevant agency partners. You will need to understand their hiring needs and tailor your solution to meet their requirements.

This role demands a driven experienced (3 years) individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and lead generation through research, networking and cold outreach.
  • Sales discovery and demonstrations to qualify prospects and showcase how the Free-Work services can solve their recruitment needs.
  • Consultative selling through a deep understanding of clients' recruitment challenges and objectives and guidance on how our services can address their specific needs.
  • Relationship building and nurturing to ensure we remain front of mind and standout from our competition.
  • Negotiation and closing through collaboration with clients to tailor pricing and service agreements that align with their budget and requirements.
  • Account Management , ensuring client satisfaction and retention, and proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Revenue Attainment , to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven track record of success for 3 years in B2B sales.
  • Experience in recruitment and talent sourcing is mandatory, with experience in IT recruitment a nice to have.
  • Proven negotiator and ability to influence, interacting effectively with prospects and personas at all levels.
  • Effective communicator across phone, email and social, with ability to build rapport and establish credibility with prospects.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong understanding of sales process, methodologies and qualification criteria.
  • Proficient with CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot for tracking deals and ensuring clean data
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms and building multi-step sequences for outbound sales.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive initiatives forward.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a high level of initiative and autonomy.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
