Job Description Marketing Manager Europe (B2C) - Leading Global Retail / Multisite Business - Hybrid Working (2-3 days per week) - up to £50,000 + package per annum (no bonus is included for this role)
You will support the Director of Marketing in ensuring the effective management and delivery of brand, customer loyalty and retention, and POS marketing strategies and initiatives for various countries.
As a flat structure, you will have lots of autonomy to be creative and work alongside two amazing marketing managers, and report to a inspiring Marketing Director.
Implementing from start to finish all tactical, seasonal and adhoc offline and email marketing campaigns, ensuring the seamless execution of all communications and projects
• Overseeing the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns
• Delivering brand awareness across traditional/offline and digital channels
• Ensuring the management and delivery of the CRM programme
• Assisting with the roll-out and implementation of all brand assets
• Updating price changes across all digital platforms for the designated region
• Lead generation and marketing efforts working collaboratively with the wider marketing team
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar brand management and marketing role with knowledge of the full marketing mix - B2C essential
• A proven track record of planning and delivering impactful marketing campaigns
• Experience managing creative and marketing agencies
