As the IT Pre-Sales Manager at CDNetworks, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by leading our pre-sales activities and managing a team of talented professionals. You will be responsible for developing and executing pre-sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and providing technical expertise to support the sales process.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of pre-sales engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team success.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective pre-sales strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, delivering presentations, demos, and technical consultations to prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and develop customized CDN solutions to meet their specific needs, addressing technical challenges and ensuring optimal performance.
• Manage the end-to-end pre-sales process, including solution design, proposal development, pricing negotiations, and contract review.
• Conduct product evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops to showcase the capabilities of our CDN platform.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on product enhancements and new feature requests based on client feedback and market demands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
• Track and report on pre-sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:
• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Internet/Network Security or related discipline.
• Proven experience more than 5 years in pre-sales engineering or technical sales roles, preferably in the CDN industry.
• Strong technical expertise in CDN solutions, including CDN architectures, caching technologies, edge computing, and network optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing and executing successful pre-sales strategies.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Experience in project management, sales forecasting, and budgeting is a plus.
