The Role:

Our client, a prestigious and desirable international architecture practice, are seeking a Senior Office Coordinator to join their collaborative team in London.

As the Senior Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and devising innovative strategies to fulfil our client’s objectives. Within this role, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests and clients, keeping the office space to a high standard as well as juggling many other operational and admin tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a responsible and mature approach to their work with excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome all office visitors
  • Manage front desk operations throughout business hours
  • Arrange international travel and visa bookings in compliance with company policies
  • Assist in organising office events and gatherings
  • Maintain a visually appealing and inspiring office environment
  • Handle office communications via email and phone professionally
  • Manage incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries efficiently
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms for various office meetings
  • Provide support to the wider team as needed
  • Fulfil duties as fire marshal and first aid

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in client-facing administrative roles, ideally within the creative industry
  • Service-oriented, optimistic, and dependable demeanour
  • Proficient in international travel bookings and visa acquisition
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritising tasks independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities
