♀️ The role: Customer Success Pioneer (Coach)
- Define the customer journey and deploy scalable processes for large enterprise clients
- Implement the right processes and build out the CS team
- Work with the product and distribution to identify and implement new user opps
- Attend onboarding calls to understand customer needs and pain points, shaping feature roadmap
- Source and filter user feedback & work with the engineering team to identify new features
- Join the team at events & conferences
The company:

- Directly save lives as an CSM: Distribute a life-saving care enablement product that gets patients the right care
- Mission-driven elite team + top 1% investor backing (multiple clinical engineers + elite sales team)
⚕️ ⚕️ The Ideal candidate:
- At least 5+ years of B2B/enterprise SaaS experience
- Proven track record in building customer success playbooks
- Building and coaching a team (Leadership skills); but critically still hands-on
- Commercial ownership experience including driving referrals, expansion and upsell opportunities
- Has been through Startup/ Scaleup journeys/ 2-3x ARR growth environments
- Experience working with Enterprise clients
- Pragmatic rather than dogmatic in decision-making
- Intellectually curious and loves learning
- Passionate about saving lives in the healthcare industry
- Based in the UK - remote role
- Nice to have: Healthcare industry affinity/experience
The Package:
- Roughly £150k annual package but it is completely competency level based and has no upper bounds and overall offers will be above market
- Equity, lucrative exit predicted
