About Us: We’re a fast-growing coaching company helping driven individuals scale their property portfolios by securing investments from High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI). Our clients have landed deals from £140k to £1.3m, and with major expansion on the horizon, we’re looking for a sharp Lead Generation Specialist to help us reach new heights.

What You’ll Do: As our Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients through our social media platforms. You’ll nurture leads, spark interest, and book appointments through DMs—contributing directly to the success of our sales team and earning performance-based bonuses as deals close.

Your Role Includes:

Engaging with potential clients on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Following our messaging scripts to communicate and build relationships

Booking appointments through DMs for our sales team

Tracking and improving your performance using our proven methods

Achieving the KPI of 0.5 booked calls per hour—more calls mean more rewards

Working flexible, remote shifts (8am - 10pm, 7 days a week) using your own device

What We’re Looking For:

Expertise with social media platforms and DMs

Experience in customer service (preferred)

Real estate experience is a plus, but not required

A quick learner who can adapt to our unique communication style

Flexible availability, including evenings, mornings, and weekends
