The Role:

As a Lead Generator, reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include generating warm leads, scheduling qualified meetings for our Regional Managers, and supporting the sales team through various administrative tasks. You will contribute directly to our expansion efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the education sector and aiding in the successful launch of our expeditions.


Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and engage with potential clients via telephone and email to schedule meetings for the sales team.

  • Maintain and update the CRM with all interactions and manage the sales team's diary.
  • Assist in preparing launch materials for school events.
  • Communicate with parents during the launch phase to ensure a full team of student applications, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Report on performance against targets.
  • Join the operations room and crisis management system during the summer expedition period.


Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in telesales with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft 365 software (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Experience in outdoor education or expeditions within the secondary school sector is desirable but not essential.

  • Self-motivated, highly organised, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Enjoys collaborating with remote colleagues and contributing to a team effort.


Working Closely With:

  • Prospective customers: Converting marketing-qualified leads into sales meetings.
  • Regional Manager Sales Team: Supporting with lead generation, meeting scheduling, and launch administration.
  • Product, Planning, and Programme teams: Gaining product insights and providing feedback from customer interactions.
