This is an excellent position for an experienced Care Consultant to complement this thriving and expanding team in ensuring and delivering exceptional care and service to their clients and families. Fully remote after training (4-6 weeks) Home based - South East MUST HAVE UK DRIVERS LICENCE AND ACCESS TO OWN VEHICLE FOR CLIENT VISITS. Care Co-ordinator/ Regional Consultant Your role:
  • Follow CQC guidelines.
  • Visiting 15/20 clients 3 times a week in their homes.
  • Create detailed assessments and care plans, involving the client, family/representatives and other professionals in every stage of the process.
  • Make decisions using professional expertise within a structured framework and using existing systems and policies.

  • Provide support to the carers, with the necessary information to enable them to deliver a high-quality level of service to all clients.
Ideal person:
  • Demonstrable Regional Consultant/Regional Manager experience within the Healthcare/Homecare industry required.
  • Level 3 qualification or above would be advantageous (not essential)
  • Strong understanding of CQC requirements and guidelines.
  • Positive, Confident and Empathetic approach.
Benefits
  • Salary from £29,000 depending on experience
  • 20 days leave + bank holidays, increasing to 25 days leave after 2 years of service.
