Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Support Worker to join our team at our service in Royal Tunbridge Wells. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our customers to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes, to promote independence and well-being.
  • Escort and assist customers in and around the service, at external events, and appointments, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Support our Person-Centred approach by encouraging customers to take an active role in their care and supporting them to achieve their individual aspirations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that customer information is secure and confidential.
