We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team, providing outstanding care and services to clients and their families. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for visiting clients at their homes, developing comprehensive assessments and care plans, and providing support to caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:- Adhere to CQC regulations and standards.
- Visit clients at their homes, three times a week, to develop and implement care plans.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care.
- Provide support and guidance to caregivers to deliver exceptional care.
- Proven experience in the care sector, preferably as a Regional Consultant or Regional Manager.
- A Level 3 qualification or higher is desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
- A positive, confident, and empathetic attitude.
- Competitive salary from £29,000 depending on experience.
- 20 days leave + bank holidays, increasing to 25 days leave after 2 years of service.
