We're seeking a data-driven, hands-on, action-oriented Ecommerce Trading Manager to lead our efforts in optimising our websites, driving sales growth, and staying ahead of the competition. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ecommerce trading, with a proven track record of setting up successful promotions, monitoring competitor activity, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Develop and execute hands-on ecommerce trading strategies to drive website sales, margin growth, and competitiveness
Set up and manage promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability
Actively monitor competitor activity and adjust pricing and promotions to maintain a competitive edge
Dive deep into website functionality, particularly checkout funnels and product pages, to improve conversion rates
Conduct in-depth SEO audits and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings
Monitor key performance metrics, sales targets, and provide regular reports on progress and competitiveness
Data-driven and analytical, with a passion for ecommerce trading and driving results
Proactive and comfortable diving deep into website optimization and promotional campaign management
5+ years of hands-on experience in ecommerce trading and digital marketing, preferably with high-ticket products
~ Proven success in driving ecommerce sales growth, margin improvement, and maintaining competitiveness
~ Deep expertise in promotional campaign setup, pricing strategies, and competitor monitoring
~ Experience managing budgets, sales targets, and forecasting performance
~ Results-oriented and data-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through hands-on execution
~ Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and website optimization
