Exceptional customer experience and quality are at the heart of our clients core and as Operations Director your role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the future success of the business.

This role sits as part of our clients SLT and is most suited to a hands on Operations Director (or talented Manager looking for their next step), you will hold operational responsibility across core areas including Warehousing, Procurement and Customer/Office operations as well as lead on strategic goals and initiatives.

Development and implementation of strategic initiatives to optimise warehouse operations, including stock management, order fulfilment, and shipping processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Implementation of procurement strategies, including all purchasing activities, vendor management, negotiation to ensure efficient sourcing and supply chain quality and reliability.
Encourage and lead a collaborative culture of accountability, high-performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Expertly monitor and analyse data and performance metrics identifying areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency/customer satisfaction.
Consider industry trends, market conditions, regulatory changes and technologies to adapt strategies, mitigate potential risks, drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including data, health and safety and import/export.
