To effectively take bookings and manage enquiries from service users, schedule trips through our electronic software system, liaise with Easilink drivers and carry out general administration duties within the office environment.
General reception and secretarial duties including dealing with telephone enquiries.
To take bookings, mainly over the telephone from service users, and schedule these bookings using our computerised scheduling software.
Assist with the registration of new service users, updating our membership database and assist with the preparation of reports pertaining to this.
General administration duties including maintain filing systems, photocopying, scanning, emailing and faxing.
5 GCSE’s (Grade A – C) or equivalent, to include English and Maths.
Experience working in a busy office and / or administration role.
