Role Purpose:
As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, support management in fostering a positive work environment, ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation, and uphold our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, appeal, and TUPE.

* Advise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain a positive work environment.

* Prepare and manage documentation for formal hearings and maintain accurate records of employee relations issues.

* Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

* Support the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.

* Provide support to employees and management on work-related concerns.

* Participate in employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.

* Guide managers on performance management and provide training sessions for skill enhancement.

Qualifications and Experience:

* CIPD Level 5 certificate (essential).

* Proven experience in a generalist HR role and handling complex employee relations matters.

* Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

* Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

* Ability to travel throughout the UK and occasionally stay overnight #J-18808-Ljbffr
