Join our team as a Business Development Manager, where you'll lead our efforts to grow our platform in the beauty industry. Your background prepares you for the fast-paced environment, where you'll take charge of ambitious goals for getting new clients, adding products to our platform, and increasing sales. You'll use your persuasive skills to explain the benefits of our platform to clients and help them get started smoothly. Your ability to bounce back from setbacks and consistently meet targets is crucial as you work to grow our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Development and possess excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills. Operating in a fast-moving environment you will work autonomously, taking full responsibility and ownership for hitting business OKRs.
Find new potential clients through research, networking, and focused outreach.
-Assist clients in setting up their accounts accurately and completely.
-Achieve monthly goals for acquiring new clients, adding products, and increasing sales.
-Collaborate closely with other teams to improve processes, enhance the client experience, and grow the business.
-Experience in e-commerce
- strong network in the beauty industry,
- Ability to work autonomously and familiarity with CRM tools.
Demonstrated examples of building processes from scratch.
