We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our existing team on a part-time basis for 12 months.

Main points:

  • Monday – Friday working.
  • 26 hours per week .
  • 12 month contract.
  • Training available.
  • Based at Head Office in Leicester (Hybrid opportunities available).

Key Tasks include:

  • Supporting the Sales Team in fulfilling customers' requirements.
  • Providing the operational link between the Sales Team and the customer for standing orders.
  • Managing the day-to-day standing order process.
  • Managing the customer feedback process - engaging with other departments if required.
  • Organisation of processes to ensure delivery efficiencies.
  • Managing back-order reports regularly, ensuring customers are kept up to date.
  • Accurately offer product alternatives.
  • Dispatching of Sales Orders via the Sage system, ensuring orders are shipped complete where possible.
  • Organisation of email inboxes, ensuring they are categorised & up to date.
  • Investigate and correct disputed customer invoices.
  • Creation and conversion of customer proformas.
  • Maintain good communication between departments.

Your Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Sage 200 is ideal.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
