We are looking for a Quality & Compliance Coordinator . This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes while adhering to regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, capable of managing multiple projects and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance:
  • Finalising and Proofing TGA listings and FPS docs are in alignment [Australia]
  • Finalising and Proofing Health Canada listings and FPS docs are in alignment
  • Proofing QQ & Masterformulation are in alignment with the briefed specifications [USA,EU]
  • Organizing and maintenance of manufacturer and 3rd party testing processes & results for the markets of: USA, CANADA, EUROPE, UK, AUSTRALIA, ASIA, MIDDLE EAST
  • Amazon related testing and 3rd party testing
  • 3rd party certification applications [USA, f.e. NSF/Non-Gmo project]
Compliance Administration :
  • TGA, FDA and EU (Canada, NZ, Brazil, Asia) related compliance work.
  • Reviewing and implementing advised changes on website & artwork. Working with USA, EU/UK and AU legal teams.
  • Organizing and filing related documentation.
Artwork administration :
  • Label & box information review, filing. Artwork creation following the given text.
  • Integration or updating of the new packaging solutions with different manufacturers.
Miscellaneous :
  • Project management for some initiated product quotations.
  • Admin: Launch info pack finalization for new products. Utilizing researcher, and given claims package/breakdown.
  • Occasional Ingredients sourcing
Requirements:
  • You need to have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and operations.
  • Experience in project management is crucial
  • Experience in regulatory compliance, especially related to supply chain operations, is highly valuable
