About Us: Cerebra is a UK-based charity dedicated to improving the lives of children with brain conditions and their families. We provide a range of support services, including information, advice, and practical support, to help families navigate the challenges associated with neurological disorders.
Cerebra also funds research to advance the understanding and treatment of brain conditions, promotes awareness, and advocates for better services and support systems. Our unique innovations, like the specialist equipment loan service and the sleep service, are designed to enhance the quality of life for children with brain-related disabilities and their families.
We are looking for a passionate and driven Corporate Partnerships Coordinator to join the Business Development team to help us build strong partnerships with our current and future corporate donors.
As a Corporate Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our fundraising efforts by researching and identifying potential corporate partners, creating and developing compelling pitch decks, and writing funding applications. Location: Whilst this role is remote, there will be a requirement to regularly attend meetings at our office in South Wales. Research and Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify potential corporate donors, foundations, sponsors, and partners that align with our charity’s mission and values.
Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to approach and engage with companies, focusing on building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Relationship Building: Support the Business Development Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate contacts, providing regular updates and reports on the impact of their contributions.
Support the Business Development Manager to submit grant applications to appropriate donors.
Assist in the planning and execution of corporate fundraising events and initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes and donor satisfaction.
Proven experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably within a non-profit or charity environment.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Highly organised, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Passion for the mission of Cerebra and a commitment to supporting children with neurological conditions.
Flexibility to travel and work evenings/weekends as required.
